Peak Season: May 1 to October 31; Off Peak Season: November 1 to April 30
Peak rates apply during Fall Foliage season, college events and holidays.
Room Rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. Third floor suite rates vary based on number of people.
Rates range from $85.00 to $130.00
All rates are subject to Vermont state taxes. A two night minimum may be required on most weekends during summer, fall foliage, and college events. Please call to inquire. Rates subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits:
Deposits are required within seven days of the reservation request.
A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. The full amount is required in advance for 1 night stays.
We accept personal checks and cash only. We are not able to accept credit cards.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted until 15 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit cannot be refunded unless we can rebook the room. During holidays, college events and peak season, cancellation requires 30 days notice. If you should cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit cannot be refunded unless we can rebook the room.
Arrivals:
Guests may check-in between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals, please call in advance to discuss.
We are a smoke-free establishment.
Well-behaved children 12 years and older are welcome.
We cannot accept pets.
